We strongly encourage all of our customers to take advantage of our bi-monthly maintenance program. Our highly trained technicians proactively visit each location every 60 days and service all beer related equipment. Our extensive checklist coupled with the tracking and monitoring of several critical metrics of the system helps us diagnose potential issues early on to minimize costly down time. A maintenance program with West Coast Beverage saves our customers time and money, and we make sure to keep maintained systems in top shape to provide the longest life for each component.

24 hour service: 24-hour service is available 365 days of the year. All emergency calls are responded to within, two hours, and minor repairs responded to within 24 hours and repaired within 3 days.

Single point of contact: There is a Single point of contact for all beverage needs, whether consulting or technically related.

Dedicated employees: All of our employees are trained to evaluate any situation and provide the best and safest performance at all times.
